Still working on eating less and excercising more. I am doing this quite well. However, I have a nasty pulled groin muscle that hurts me all the time. I hate it I through it.I have been working out twice a week at PT Services in Genoa with my niece Staci. We have our own personal trainer named Fred. He keeps us on track. Anyway, I saw this sign at Victoria Secret and I thought to myself, I hope I get to that point someday.
It totally sucks to be over weight and to have to constantly be on some sort of diet but someday....maybe someday, I will get to say this....
