Excercise Science

My little girl goes to Penta County and she is in the Excercise Science program. At first she was not sure that she wanted to go to Penta but now, she is so happy that she went. She has made all new friends and has really grown up.She is dedicated and knows what she wants. This is her Excercise Science class. I love you Jaime and I am so proud of you.

Still working on eating less and excercising more. I am doing this quite well. However, I have a nasty pulled groin muscle that hurts me all the time. I hate it I through it.I have been working out twice a week at PT Services in Genoa with my niece Staci. We have our own personal trainer named Fred. He keeps us on track. Anyway, I saw this sign at Victoria Secret and I thought to myself, I hope I get to that point someday.
It totally sucks to be over weight and to have to constantly be on some sort of diet but someday....maybe someday, I will get to say this....

Friday Night Comet Football

Nothing like Comet Football and Friday nights with family. Don and I love to go to the Comet football games. We go early and visit with everyone.We usually sit with our nephew Brent and his wife Jenny. Their daughter cheers. Then usually a few more members of the family show up.Love hanging with all of you!

Cole Bud

Went to watch my nephew Cole play football. He is an amazing athlete. He excels in basketball, track and football. I love to watch him although I dont get to that often. Love you so much Cole Bud!!!
