F.....A.....T

So tired of being fat.I have fought for 17 years with weight issues.I have tried..succeeded and failed at  EVERY diet know to man. I wish I had enough money to just have cosmetic surgery and be done. Anyway, for the millionth time, I started a diet today. One that I created and one that I think I can succeed at. Along with Gods help of course. So, I am on a mission. I am soooooooooo very tired of being dissappointed in myself. I seem to be able to accomplish so many things in life except this. Wish me luck..............

My house

I LOVE my house. I often joke that I could be couped up in here for weeks and be just fine.This past Saturday ( my favorite day ) I spent most of the day in house doing a 1000 projects. I got out my fall decorations and put up all new pictures. I am a FRAME fanatic. Someday, I hope I can open up a store called the Forgotton Frame. I find the best frames at garage sales. My house in just full of them. I had shelves built to go all around my living room and kitchen. My husband thinks that our house looks like gift store.I absolutely love it though.

Flowers for mom

Life with my daughter Jaime has been very "trying" over the last year or so. She has gone from my little girl who needed me for everything to a young lady who doesnt want me for anythng. I all of a sudden know nothing, understand nothing and am the worlds worst mother. It is a terrible time. But, every now and then she suprises me with a nice gesture,a kind word and yes even flowers!!!! Tonight, I walked into Millers where Jaime was working and she asked me what flowers were my favorite and I picked it out. She pulled the flowers out and handed them to me. Here, she had purchased them already. She gave me and kiss and told me she loved me....in front of people even. When I asked her why she bought them, she said cause she was mean to me yesterday. No matter what Jaime, mommy loves you more than life!!!!

Put in Bay

Today, Don and I along with all of our children and grandchildren and the kids mom, Cindy went to Put in Bay. Our son in law, Brad, won us all free tickets to ride over on the Jet Express. We went to Frosty's for pizza, we went to the Chocolate Museum and went to the Winery. We rented 2 big golf carts and rode all around the island. We went to the Butterfly house which was my favorite. I actually went in there twice. I did not go into the cave though. I can NOT handle doing that. We all had a great time, ate great food and took tons of pictures. It was a REALLY fun day!!!!

Saturday's

Today is Saturday. My favorite day of the week. I love to stay in my pj's and putz around my house. I usually have list of things to do so Don and Jaime stay far away. Since today is my favorite day, I decided I would begin a blog today just to write down my life experiences, thoughts and share my life with my friends and family. I am not a facebooker so this will be my outlet.

My day began with sleeping in a little bit. It was raining and I was so happy to be in bed curled up with my dogs and my daughter, Jaime. I was suppose to go motorcycle riding with my friend, Heather, but it was raining. We opted to go to NeeNeerz for lunch instead. Heather is my NEW BFF. We have SO much in common that it crazy. We both like coke, we both ride motorcycles, we both drive 2007 HHR's and we just think the same. I love hanging out with her and feel very blessed to have her in my life. I think this is the beginning of a long friendship!!!

Back to my house. All by myself.Family movie tonight but I opted to stay home and finish my projects. I am decorating for fall and doing some general cleanning. Got some of my old music on and just gonna enjoy the evening.
